Flint A. Lane, President

Mr. Lane is responsible for setting the strategic direction and managing the day-to-day activities for Billtrust. Prior to founding Billtrust, Mr. Lane was founder, President and Chairman of Paytrust, the leading electronic bill presentation and payment (EBPP) company with over 100,000 customers nationwide. Prior to founding Paytrust, Mr. Lane served in executive positions at various software companies including Platinum Technology, Logic Works and BrownStone Solutions. Mr. Lane received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

James Eichmann, Vice-President Development
James Eichmann oversees all development activities for Billtrust. Mr. Eichmann has over 20 years experience in building highly scaleable and robust systems. He joined the company in October 2002. Prior to joining Billtrust, Mr. Eichmann was the Executive Vice President of Product Development for Paytrust, Inc. where he was responsible for all product development initiatives. Prior to Paytrust, Mr. Eichmann worked as a Development Manager for Logic Works, as a Senior Consultant at Atlantic Information Management and as Senior Product Analyst for the U.S. Army. Mr. Eichmann received a Bachelor of Science in Business and Finance from Mount Saint Mary's College.

Mitchell Karp, Vice-President Operations
Mr. Karp oversees all operations activities for bill processing at Billtrust as well as making key decisions on equipment, efficiency strategy planning and organization. Mr. Karp has over 28 years experience in various capacities in the print and mail industry. Prior to joining Billtrust, Mr. Karp held senior positions at Intelmail USA, Buhrs Americas, Western Printing Machinery, Delta Graphics, Color Graphics, and Webcraft Technologies.

Mitchell Rose, Vice-President Marketing
Mr. Rose has held senior level marketing positions with Fortune 100 companies including Coke, Mattel and Warner Lambert, along with leading the corporate communications at start up companies PointRoll and SevenEcho. During his tenure at PointRoll revenue grew 3-fold leading to its sale to Gannett Inc. in June 2005. Through the course of Mitch's professional career he has created breakthrough marketing campaigns, battled off major competitive threats, and led teams in the development of industry leading new products. Mitch holds an MBA from Columbia University in Marketing as well as a BS in Economics from Cornell University.

Thomas Scott, Vice-President Sales
Mr. Scott is responsible for leading Billtrust's national sales team. He brings twenty-two years of software sales and marketing experience to his position at Billtrust, having served most recently as Vice President of Direct Sales at FRx Software, a Microsoft company. Previous to FRx Software, Mr. Scott was executive vice president of ebudgets.com, where he managed sales, marketing, support and consulting. During his tenure, ebudgets.com achieved 400 percent growth in revenues. Before joining ebudgets.com, Mr. Scott was President of ImageScan, where he helped the company become the leader in the wholesale lockbox imaging market while quintupling sales. Mr. Scott earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Northwestern University.

Anthony Vigorito, Vice-President Finance
Mr. Vigorito leads the finance, accounting and human resources functions for Billtrust. Prior to joining Billtrust, Mr. Vigorito was Corporate Controller of Princeton eCom Corporation, a leading provider of electronic payment solutions to the banking and biller markets until its successful acquisition by Online Resources Corporation (Nasdaq:ORCC) in 2006 and was a member of the Growth Company Practice in the Philadelphia office of Arthur Andersen. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of NJ and earned a BS in Accounting from Rider University.

Leah Holt, Director of Customer Support
Ms. Holt is responsible for managing Customer Support for Billtrust. Leah maintains over 15 years of IT and Project Management experience. Prior to joining Billtrust, Leah was the IT Web Manager at Proformance Insurance, a leading insurance company offering Personal and Commercial insurance (Nasdaq:NAHC) since 1994. Previous to that Leah held various positions in both large and small companies in the Telecommunications and Insurance industries. She earned a BS in MIS from Penn State.

Roy Spinelli, Director of PMO/Quality Assurance
Mr. Spinelli is responsible for managing Customer Implementations and Quality Assurance for the company. Roy maintains over 17 years of IT experience, with over 14 years of professional IT management and Project Management experience. Prior to joining Billtrust, Roy was Director of Quality Assurance/Outsourcing at Princeton eCom Corporation, a leading provider of electronic payment solutions to the banking and biller markets until its successful acquisition by Online Resources Corporation (Nasdaq:ORCC) in 2006. Prior to that Mr. Spinelli has held Director level positions within the financial, telecom and insurance industries.
